As a licensed mental health practitioner with multiple credentials, I currently provide Virtual/Online Therapy to individuals aged 18 and older who reside in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, and Saskatchewan.
Services are provided through a psychotherapy and counselling practice offering individual, couple, and group therapy for a range of mental health, relational, and personal growth concerns. Therapeutic services may include psychological interventions and psychoeducation tailored to clients’ unique needs and goals. In addition to direct clinical services, consultation and collaboration with organizations and community partners are available to support mental health initiatives, educational programming, and community-based projects. Services can be provided in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
